Our Carabao Cup semi-final first leg has been postponed and moved after Liverpool cancelled it due to a mini-COVID outbreak in their squad and has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that their two best players are missing at the African Cup of Nations.
As a result of the amendment, the order of the matches has been changed and the first game will now be played at Anfield on the 13th of January at 7.45pm. The return leg will be at Emirates Stadium on Thursday the 20th of January, also at 7.45pm.
The first game is now away and this means we have to travel to Liverpool ahead of our away game at Spurs, and our lovely 3pm Saturday home game against Burnley on the 22nd of Jan has now been moved to the Sunday at 2pm.
