After what seems like an ‘eternitylull’ it’s time to finally get back to Premier League action with the visit of Palace to The Emirates.

Our unbeaten run spans back to August, after our nightmare start, and Mikel Arteta will be keen to keep it going with a win over Patrick Vieira’s men.

Worryingly, Palace have only won one game this season, a 3-0 battering of the 1961 League Champions and August Premier League winners; Tottenham.

However, if we can grab a win today, and a win against Aston Villa this Friday (also at home) it would see us hoisted into the top four of the Premier League so two wins is a must for Arteta’s Arsenal.

We have almost a full squad to choose from, with Granit Xhaka missing, tho it’s thought there may be a slight doubt over Thomas Partey who could start from the bench.

Along with Emile Smith-Rowe who scored for the England youngsters, Saka, Tierney and Takehiro Tomiyasu all played for their countries and could miss out.

Eberechi Eze and Nathan Ferguson will be missing for the visitors as Vieira hopes to get one over his old club.

Patrick Vieira said on the game:

“I am really looking forward to it. I had the chance to play for this football club for nine years and you know I arrived at this football club as a kid and I left as a man. This is the club where I played my best football, so obviously going back there will be emotional but I will put that on the side because what will be important for us is to perform well and try to get points…”

Kick off is at 8pm and IT’S LIVVVVEEEE on Sky Sports with live radio commentary on Radio 5 Live.
