Norwegian youngster Martin Odegaard has joined Arsenal for the remainder of the season the club has announced today.
He will wear the number 11 shirt despite rumours he was all set to take Mesut Ozil’s recently vacated number 10 shirt. Ozil recently left to join Turkish side Fenerbache where he’ll no doubt get on the www.jokaroom.net website to enjoy some games.
Odegaard, 22, joins from Real Madrid and will add some much-needed creativity to our side, something lacking since Ozil’s departure despite the emergence of wonder-boy Emile Smith-Rowe.
Before a quick game on the online slots, Mikel Arteta told the Arsenal website:
“It’s great that we’ve secured Martin to come to us until the end of the season. Martin is, of course, a player that we all know very well and although still young, he has been playing at the top level for a while. Martin will provide us with quality offensive options and we’re all excited to be integrating him into our plans between now and May…”
Odegaard may be a bit rusty due to lack of playing time at Madrid but should go straight into the squad ahead of our game at home to Manchester United this weekend.
