Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka have both signed new long-term deals at Arsenal ending speculation they could leave this summer.

Martinelli joined Arsenal from Brazilian side Ituno when he was just 18 after scoring 10 goals in 34 games following his 2017 debut and he has now notched up 10 goals in just 9 appearances for Arsenal, with the highlight this season being this amazing solo goal away at Chelsea:

The club announced yesterday: ‘Gabriel Martinelli has signed a new long-term contract, securing his future with the club.’

Mikel Arteta has had a busy week having also secured the services of Bukayo Saka who also signed a new deal, ending speculation of a move to Liverpool as Arteta starts to rebuild a squad in his own image.

On the pitch, we will head to Wolves away tonight without Martinelli who had surgery this week. We need a win to keep our faint hopes of a Europa League place alive ahead of a huge week where we play Leicester at home then travel to White Hart Lane to play the 1961 League Champions Tottnh*m in another massive six-pointer.
