Our game away to Manchester City that was hastily arranged just a few days ago has now been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

This comes off the back of the shock news that Olympiacos owner Evangelos Marinakis actually has the virus and was in attendance at our game against the Greek side at the end of February.

the club have confirmed that several of our players had ‘close contact’ with him at the game, and despite the fairly low risk of anyone at Arsenal contracting the virus, the club have put into action the government advice of isolating anyone who came into contact with him for 14 days.

The Premier League has decided that the game should be postponed as we’d be without a few players, which to me, makes no sense as said players would have probably already been in action against Pompey and West Ham last weekend.

The article on the website (link below) states that all tickets will be valid for the match when it’s rearranged and that as of around 10am this morning, as things stand, the Brighton game planned for this coming Saturday WILL take place.
