The Arsenal medical team have given an update on the injuries to our walking wounded ahead of the visit of Everton to The Emirates via the medium of the Arsenal FC website.

They have revealed that despite being back in full training Hector Bellerin will be assessed ahed of the game after missing the Olympiacos game in the week.

The list says that Mesut Ozil and Lucas Torreira are both available after missing the Olympiacos game through injury and having a baby.

They also claim that new signing Cedric Soares should be back in full training by the end of February. He has a knee injury and they say he is ‘progressing well with gym work’.

As predicted, Sokratis Papastathopoulos’ right knee injury looks set to keep him out of the game, like Bellerin, he is also being assessed.

Kieran Tierney is still on target to return to full training by the end of February, leaving just Calum Chambers as our only real long term absentee.
