Arsenal have been busy in the transfer market already this summer, bringing in new additions to the club. The club is now set to reduce its squad starting with goalkeeper. David Ospina who, according to The Daily Star is said to be set to leave The Emirates after the arrival of Bernd Leno.

Argentine side, Boca Juniors are keen on making sure they land the experienced goalkeeper before the end of the summer.

They claim that a fee has not yet been finalised but it is almost certain that Arsenal will allow him leave this summer.

He joined Arsenal after a very impressive World Cup with Colombia in 2014 and during his four years at The Emirates, he won two FA Cups and was a key member of the Arsenal team that got to the Capital One cup final last season, losing to Man City.

Speaking earlier this year, the Colombian keeper admitted he may need to leave Arsenal to play more regular first-team football.

“I am open to everything,” he said in an interview with DIRECTV via Football365. “Today I give everything for Arsenal, I like to be successful here, but you start to contemplate every alternative depending on each situation.”

Whichever club he decides to go to, we can only wish him best of luck as he has served the club well, has always been professional and will always be remembered for the error which caused Chile to miss out on the World Cup and made Alexis Sanchez unhappy.
