Everton and Wolves are also said to be interested in signing Wilshere who is now a free agent after a lifelong career at Arsenal, starting when he was nine.
The Sun claim that West Ham are only offering a one year deal to Wilshere because they are dubious about his fitness record even though he managed 36 appearances for the mighty Gunners last season.
Wilshere is missing from the England squad in Russia this summer as Gareth Southgate decided against taking him to the tournament, where England have made it to the quarter finals, where we will face Sweden on Saturday afternoon.
