Arsenal desperately need to land some quality players this summer to make a serious assault on the League next season. The most important department on the pitch which needs new blood is our defence, most importantly, the Centre Backs.
In the light of this, several names have been linked with a move to The Emirates in that positions, one defensive midfielder that is strongly being linked with a move to the club is Jean Michael Seri, according to a report from Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old midfielder was in superb form last season, and his brilliant displays on the pitch caught the attention of some top clubs in Europe with the likes of Barcelona and Liverpool both showing a keen interest.
Arsenal have also been linked with moves for a couple of other defenders with the likes of Soyuncu and Sokratis on the club’s radar.
I personally think signing these players will no doubt improve our defensive line next term. They should help to bring balance and reduce the mess we faced last season where we conceded over 60 goals which led to us finishing below Spurs and Liverpool for the second time in a row in the Premier League.
