Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has revealed that he has no intention of leaving the Nou Camp this summer amid links to the Emirates, according to Football.london.
The French forward has heavily linked with a potential move to the Emirates this summer after finding it hard to break into Ernesto Valverde starting eleven.
Since moving to the Nou Camp from Dortmund last summer for a reported fee of £97m he has endured a difficult start to his career at Barcelona after being plagued by series of injuries.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Brazilian playmaker Phillipe Coutinho in the winter transfer window from Liverpool has seen his place come under huge threat and with the La Liga giants been heavily linked with a big money move for Antoinne Griezmann in the summer, reports suggest the Frenchman might consider his future at the Nou Camp as he might fall further down the pecking order.
However, with the level of uncertainty surrounding his future the 20-year-old has debunked claims linking him with an exit away from the La Liga leaders in the summer.
Speaking to Telefoot via Football.london, he said:
“I signed a five-year contract at Barcelona,” he said. “I’m going to be in Barcelona a very long time. I’m not going to leave after a season. He also added.
“I’m not in my best form, but little by little, it’s coming back. I still have to work on my cardio because I get tired very quickly.
Due to injuries he has featured only in 18 games for Barcelona across all competitions this season scoring a goal and providing five assists.
