Arsenal are said to be ready to meet the £60 million valuation of Manchester United forward Anthony Martial ahead of a potential summer move to The Emirates.
The French international is understood to have been considering his future at Old Trafford after falling down the pecking order since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in the winter transfer window.
He has found games hard to come by since the beginning of February and he is yet to start for the Red Devils since the 2-0 win against Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup Quarter Final at Old Trafford.
TeamTalk claim that the Gunners are willing to meet his asking price should he decide to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, although it is believed the winger might be the subject of a two-way transfer battle between Arsenal and Juventus with the Serie A giants also keen on signing him in the summer.
Since moving to Old Trafford in the summer of 2015 for a reported fee of £36 million, he has established himself as one of the finest wingers in the Premier League, often deployed on the left-hand side of the attack but he can also play as a centre forward.
The 22-year-old is known for his pace, finishing, movement, dribbling, skill, vision, creativity, positioning and technique.
The former Monaco forward has featured in 41 games for the Red Devils this season scoring 12 times and providing 7 assists and given his age and proven Premier League experience, he would be a brilliant addition to the Gunners and will offer more options going forward.
