Arsenal loanee, Joel Campbell is set to return to full training with Real Betis, the club has confirmed this on their Twitter account.

He returned to light training last week and was then part of a full training session on Thursday and will be closely monitored and assessed in the coming days to try and get him back to first team action.

The 25-year-old has a long-standing reputation of injury worries and he’s being carefully managed as this is his already second injury of the season.

Campbell made his name during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and returned to Arsenal only to be loaned out to Greek side Olympiakos then later return to Arsenal and loaned again to Real Betis.

It will be interesting to see if Campbell can return to full fitness whether Arsenal would give him another chance to prove himself at The Emirates or whether Betis may try and sign him on a permanent basis.

Over to you JC to try and get and stay fit and bang in a few goals, good luck!
