In the most Arsenal thing ever, Arsene Wenger announced this morning that our new multi-million pound signing may not play against Everton this weekend.

Aubameyang who signed for Arsenal on deadline day has been unwell this week, so his debut may need to be delayed, but AW said on Arsenal.com that he would assess him ahead of the game.

He also said that Jack Wilshere, who missed the game against Swansea in the week will be back in the squad after illness, and would also be assessed today:
We had Jack who was sick – I still have to assess him today. I hope he will be capable of being in the squad. He’s better. He’ll train with the team today and we’ll see how he feels. Aubameyang was sick as well so we have to assess him today.

Our other new signing, Herikh Mkhitaryan who came on as sub against Swansea will start the game, his first full start for the club, while Danny Welbeck will miss the game and is not ready.

The game is the late Saturday kick off (5:30pm) and yet again it’s another must-win, especially after the midweek debacle which was the utterly inexcusable 3-1 defeat away at Swansea. The game should see the return of Theo Walcott to The Emirates after his recent transfer to Everton.
