The Walcott has announced via his Instagram account that he’s back in full training after two weeks out with illness.

Walcott, who has been no more than a bit part player this season missed the game last week with 1. FC Koln and also didn’t travel with the squad to Burnley this weekend, where we snatched a last gasp winner.

His team mate Mesut Ozil also missed the Burnley game through illness and is expected to miss this week’s game with Huddersfield Town at The Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.

Arsene Wenger will be pleased to see Theo Walcott return to action as it gives us another impact sub, and more options for our Europa League game with BATE Borisov next week following Manchester United this weekend.

The return of Walcott, once again means that poor Santi Cazorla remains our only injured player, his mooted return in the new year would be so welcome for everyone’s favourite Spanish midget magician.

Great to be back training after 2 weeks ill ?
