The Daily Mirror are claiming that we may be back in for Leicester star Riyad Mahrez in January.
There were strong rumours two seasons ago that the Algerian winger was about to join Arsenal but that, along with our attempt to sign his team mate Jamie Vardy fell flat and didn’t materialise.
The paper claims that we want to get the player as part of a replacement for Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil who now look more likely than ever to leave us this season.
Both players are out of contract this year and could leave in January if we are to cash in on them, or could move in the summer on free transfers.
