Despite Cazorla’s latest zany post of his route back to fitness, it appears any sort of comeback is still a long way off for the Spaniard.

The club submitted our Premier League squad list last week, and one notable exception was that of little Santi Cazorla. He will now be ineligible to play until the new year in the Premier League which comes as yet another hammer blow to us browbeaten Arsenal fans.

The squad list has to be submitted the day after the closure of the transfer window, which once again begs the question, if we knew he was still out for a further 4 months (at least,) why were we not in the market for a replacement?

Cazorla was injured against Ludogorets in last season’s Champions League game, and has had several injury setbacks on the ankle injury his picked up in the final minutes of the game.
