Carl Jenkinson and Cohen Bramall look set to leave The Emirates on loan this week according to journalist Mark Mann-Bryers, who tweeted that the players could move as early as today (Monday 21st):
Expecting Jenkinson & Bramall to complete loan moves to Birmingham later today – no option to buy and both for the season. #AFC

The players are said to be joining Birmingham City, the last team to beat us at Wembley, way back in 2011… *COUGH SP*RS COUGH** and the journalist also claims, the club have, or are trying to extend Jenkinson for another couple of years, his reward for being a proper Gooner no doubt!
This news comes on the back of the Gabriel transfer last week. the Brazilian defender joined Valencia last week in a deal thought to be worth around £10m.
Along with Jenks, Bramall and Gabriel, a fourth defender could also leave the club. Frenchman Mathieu Debuchy is still being sought by Marseille according to France Football and will hopefully be off the books before the end of the month.
Lucas Perez is the other likely departure, with his old club Deportivo interested in buying back the striker for slightly less than they paid for him, the Daily Star reported last week the player could well be off this week.
So, plenty of ‘outs’ as the transfer window creaks shut, I wonder if there will be any more ‘ins’, after Saturday’s Stoke defeat disaster/calamity/debacle/embarrassment, we could certainly use a few fresh faces
