Arsenal target Alvaro Morata has reportedly reach an agreement to join Chelsea this summer, according reports in The Daily Express.
The Spanish international has strongly been linked with a move away from Madrid recently after failing to cement a place in Zinedine Zidane’s first team plans, with Arsenal one of the sides being linked to his future.
However, Morata did start in the recent 4-0 victory over Granada but manager Zidane reckons that he hasn’t been good enough, and it now looks like Tom Cruise’s Grandad; Antonio Conte is looking to bring him into his squad at Chelsea after working with his player at Juventus, winning the Serie A title twice and reaching the Champions League final.
Spanish news outlet Diario Gol claim that a deal is not far from being done after Morata’s agent has already held talks with Chelsea, its thought his agent has also spoken to many clubs across Europe, but it looks like Chelsea is his chosen destination, and they claim, that the players’ girlfriend has already been looking for a new house in London and has even chosen a house for them to move into this summer.
Following Spurs annual capitulation at West Ham last week, it looks like Chelsea are set to become league champions this weekend with a win over West Brom. They could seal yet another double should they win the Cup Final against our very own Arsenal in a couple of weeks too.
