With just few months left to the opening of the summer transfer window, so many players are already being linked with a move to Arsenal, and there are also many reports in the media claiming that many of our players will be leaving, the latest is a Barcelona move for defender Hector Bellerin.

The news outlet further reported that Barcelona’s director Robert Fernandez has already had a meeting with Bellerin’s agent in London about a possible move to the Camp Nou, with Barcelona keen to get the player back to where his career began.

It’s also thought that Barca held talks with the-21-year-old defender’s agent a few months back as they look to replace Dani Alves who is aging and likely to leave the club soon.

Barcelona will have to face stiff competition from Manchester City who are also showing an interest in Bellerin, but his contract with Arsenal runs until 2023 so I personally think it would be very hard to believe Bellerin would leave, but who knows these days, lets wait and see what happens in what is promising to be a dramatic summer for Arsenal fans in one way or another.

Bellerin join Arsenal from Barcelona’s La Masia when he was just 16-year-old and he has developed to become one of the best right-backs in the Premier league if not the best.

The Spanish international apologised to the Arsenal fans last week after the 5-1 defeat to Bayern. He told the club’s official website as quoted by The Metro.

‘I am really hurt because to see the fans leave the stadium so early…’
