Manager Arsene Wenger is looking to the transfer window to get some quality players in if we really want to challenge for the title with Chelsea who are currently flying high at the summit of the Premier League table.
Despite our victory over Crystal Palace which we won at a canter, we still remain nine points behind Chelsea, and I personally think we can only close the gap if Wenger gets us some quality players as well as persuading the likes of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to sign new deals at The Emirates.
The good news is that the window is now open, so we have the chance to bring in more players to the North London and once again, relatively unknown UAE star Omar Abdulrahman is being linked with a move to join Arsenal, in a report from The Mirror they claim that the Asian Footballer of the Year nominee was linked with a move to join Arsenal back in 2013.
The latest report now claims that Abdulrahman has told Dubai Eye Sport via Twitter that he is hoping to complete a move to Europe and his ideal club would be Arsenal.
Omar is a versatile playmaker (with mad hair) who has managed to bag 2 goals and provided 5 assists in 9 games so far this season but to be fair, this rumour seems like a stretch of the imagination to say the least…
