Juventus are still showing a keen interest in signing Arsenal and Chile international attacker Alexis Sanchez and a report from the Sun claims that another bid for the unsettled man will be tabled in the the summer.
It widely believes Juventus are willing to complete a deal Alexis, and it’s thought that the club’s Sporting Director Giuseppe failed with a bid worth £34 million for Sanchez during the previous transfer window, failing to meet the price Arsenal requested.
Wenger’s efforts in persuading Sanchez to sign a new contract have failed so far, but let’s see what happens over the coming months, the Frenchman has also said he would not sell Ozil and Sanchez even if they do not extend their deals.
So far this season, Sanchez has been Arsenal’s best player, and his performances have been consistently brilliant, netting 14 goals so far this season, becoming the second highest goal scorer in The Premier league behind Chelsea’s Diego Costa.
Sanchez is left with just one year on his contract and if a deal is not agreed before then, it’s likely Arsenal will let him run down his contract, and leave on a free transfer.
