According to reports from Don Balon in Spain, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is showing a keen interest in landing midfield prospect Marcos Llorente.

Llorente who formerly played for the the Real Madrid academy and played twice for the first team and it seems Sir Wenger has been keeping a close eye on the ace’s performances and is keen to sign the player, it’s thought that Wenger has confirmed his interest and is ready to spend ‘any price’ to land the player.

Real sent Llorente on a loan spell to Deportivo Alavez to go gain some experience and establish him as a world-class player, so far his performances have been impressive and he’s managed to help his side up to the lofty heights of 13th position in La Liga.

Another report which needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, but who knows, perhaps Arsene Wenger is looking to the future already?
