After last night’s 38 seconds of hilarity, it’s back to our very own Champions League exploits with the visit of Paris Saint Germain to The Emirates.

The game kicks off at 7:45pm, is live in the UK on BT Sport, and you don’t even have to miss EastEnders to see it.

Alexis Sanchez could be rested, or just benched after his South American adventure giving a rare start to Olivier Giroud. Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey both missed training this week, however, it’s thought that the pair will both feature, let’s just hope it’s not the Theo and Rambo we saw last weekend at Old Trafford and Swansea at home last year (still rankles).

The usual suspectz are still out, Caz, Mertz, Welbz, Bellerz and Perez, the Spaniard back in full training, which is good news however.

PSG have a growing injury list of their own, with Rabiot out, Angel Di Maria, Kurzawa and Pastore all doubts, while Serge Aurier (visa) will miss the game after being turned away at the UK border over something or somesuch that happened at some point in the past, before now.

A win for either side would see them/us top the group by way of the head to head rules, so a win (for either side in fact) could see us with a welcome chance to rest players for the final game against Basel.

Arsene Wenger issued this rallying cry:

“Let’s finish first and at least we have the advantage to play the second game at home. Hopefully we will be injury free and have everyone available…”

CHAAAAAAAAAAARGE!

ArsenalShorts prediction: 3-1 Arsenal, things start clicking back into place.
