Over the recent months, Arsenal have been persuading the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin to extend their contracts and stay at The Emirates Stadium.

Now Arsenal have finally completed the deal for Spanish international full back Hector Bellerin keeping him at Arsenal for another six and a half years.

Following a Snapchat announcement from the player himself, a report from The Telegraph reported the former Barcelona defender signed a deal that will see him earning £100,000-a-week, £33.8million ($42million) over the next 6.5 years.

Bellerin is currently injured after picking up a knock in the last seconds against Spurs, and definitely out of our clash with PSG this week, though he’s expected back over the next two or three weeks.

The 21-year-old’s performances so far this season have been nothing short of brilliant and he has have featured in most games, and helped up to the top four in the league, well and truly in touch with the league leaders Liverpool, who still remain the only side to have taken all three points off of us this season.
