Despite completing the signing of Lucas Perez at the end of the transfer window, manager Arsene Wenger has completed the signing of Eddie Nketiah, the deal announced on Wednesday.

The signing of the striker was officially announced by the club on the official website, which showed the highly-rated striker as putting pen to paper on his first professional contract with the club.

Nketiah was the highest goal scorer for the Arsenal under-18 side last season, scoring 24 times in just 28 appearances, which indicates he has what it takes to become world class very soon.

Nketiah, who is still just 17 continued his rich vein of goalscoring form this season, scoring four goals in the first three games for Kwame Ampadu’s side.

He also featured in the 0-0 draw at Paris Saint-Germain, which was his debut in the UEFA Youth League on Tuesday.

The 17-year-old ace’s performances have been impressive since his arrival at Arsenal, he’s super-talented with good pace, brilliant technique, dazzling footwork and he’s a top-quality finisher with a huge future ahead of him.
