The ArsenalShorts Wednesday Round Up™

Mustafi Left Out…

Valencia centre-back Shkodran Mustafi has been apparently left out of their squad for the friendly against the Nigerian All-Stars this week, further fuelling rumours that a move to Arsenal is imminent.

Per/Gabriel, blah blah, long term, something something Arsene Wenger, priority target etc. etc. Zzz…

Look Man, Sign All the Players…
The Daily Mirror are reporting that we are at the front of the queue to allow Chelsea or Tottenham to push in to sign Charlton and England U19 striker Ademola Lookman.

The 18 year old is being monitored by several big clubs and Tottenham, all of whom sent scounts to watching the £2m rated man at the European U19 Championships.

Look Man, it might happen, it might not. See what I did th— never mind.

under development but you get the idea!

Talking of Signing All the Players…

Arsene Wenger has once again said we are in the market to strengthen, and we’re ready to spend all the money on all the players.

Looking likely that the Icardi and Lacazette rumours are both dead in the water, with both moves away from their clubs again denied today.

Wilfried Bony and Robert Lewandowski seem to be the striker options which are rumoured today, and Mustafi seems to be the only rumour which has any legs…

On the subject of transfers, AW said on Sky Sports:

“We want to spend the money when we have it. We are in the transfer market and on one side we are focused and concentrated on the players we have to get them in a fantastic shape. On the other hand, of course we are looking outside to strengthen…”

Looking outside? As in, staring through the window, counting down to August 31st?

Come on Vic, Dick, Ivan and Le Boss, sort it out! Tick tock!
