Laurent Koscielny is back in full training, two weeks ahead of schedule but won’t be back playing just yet.

Koscielny picked up a ruptured Achilles last season meaning he missed the rest of our season, and France’s World Cup win in Russia over the summer.

Despite being back in full training, Koscielny won’t be risked just yet, with Unai Emery saying that because of the size of his injury it wouldn’t make sense:

“I think we need also to give confidence to him, to be close with us, because it was a big injury, but now he is getting better, he is training with us in some things and this is very positive. We need to be calm with him…”

It looks like we are still a bit short on centre backs ahead of tonight’s game against Leicester. It seems as though Sokratis will be missing along with Petr Cech, leaving Shkodran Mustafi and Rob Holding.

Reiss Nelson scoring for fun in Germany

Mesut Özil and Danny Welbeck should be back from their respective knocks as we look to make it ten wins in a row at The Emirates this evening.
