The enigmatical game in hand remains thus after the cruel, fickle hand of weather, iced our game off with a single blow of its snowy deluge. The game fell foul of the elements around 4pm on police advice and leaves Sir Wenger with a fixture migraine as we await news of when Russell Grant thinks the game can now be played. Cardiff's Adam Matthews is happy to be linked with a move to The Arsenal as exclusively revealed on ArsenalShorts yesterday (sort of).
Reports have linked the full back with a move to us or Man United, and the player sounds fairly grounded:"If that ever came about I'd have to think about it, but I'm just happy to be playing for Cardiff at the moment. Sir Wenger has admitted he wants to sign players quickly this transfer window as we await news of Nicklas Bendtner's comeback progress. The Dane is all set to have a fitness test, and this will have a big bearing on any forages into the transfer market.
